- applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of the following classes of products: derivatives and foreign exchange contracts;
- to retail and wholesale clients.
Bank accounts in Commonwealth Bank Australia.
Responsible Manager can stay upon request, director and compliance can be provided, head of operations must stay within 3 years with the new owner.
Client base is included into the asking price.
